The hotel offers extra comfortable rooms with a close proximity to QC Thermal Baths, along with outstanding hotel Thermal Baths. However, there is an additional fee to access nearby pool facilities with a nice view. The location is fantastic near the ski slopes, beautifully situated on the side of the mountain, but it's on a very trafficked road with noisy traffic. The dining experience is exceptional with a 5-star breakfast and stunning views. Service is helpful but could improve in some areas.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of great experiences and a few letdowns. The rooms were very comfy, especially with the beautiful Mountain View and a small private terrace, but the service wasn't always 100% friendly. The location, surrounded by alpines and with a fantastic view of Monte Bianco, was splendid, yet the noisy traffic outside was a downside. The dining options, although available at anytime of the day and with glorious views, were not amazing. The facilities were top-notch, offering a variety of amenities for a pleasant stay.
